OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING AND REVISING EXISTING EASEMENTS IN
WAGON WHEEL FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate and revise
certain easements located in Wagon Wheel First Filing, and
WHEREAS, said use and enjoyment easements are not needed by the City
of Fart Collins, provided that there is reserved unto the City a certain
utility easement as is more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation or
revision of said utility easements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That those 8-foot wide "use and enjoyment" easements
included within the following lots and blocks in Wagon Wheel First Filing,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, as recorded in
the records of Larimer County at Reception No 319772, to-wit
Lots 1 through 11 inclusive and Lots 13 through 18
inclusive of Block 1
Lots 1 through 10 inclusive of Block 2
Lots 1 through 10 inclusive and Lots 13 through 22
inclusive of Block 3
Lots 1 through 13 inclusive of Block 4
be, and they hereby are, abated, vacated and abolished
Section 2 That that 8-foot wide "use and enjoyment" easement
included within Lot 12 of Block 1 in Wagon Wheel First Filing, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, as recorded in the records
of Larimer County at Reception No 319772, be, and it hereby is, reserved
solely unto the City for use as a utility easement
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of February, A D 1 1 and to be resented for final
passage on the 3rd day of March, A D 1
