OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE GOLF FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from Medema
Homes, Inc , totalling FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,500) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of purchasing
trees to separate Golden Meadows Filing No 3 and Collindale Golf Course in
Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenues in the Golf Fund the total sum of FOUR THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,500)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of February , A D 1981, and to be presented for
final passage on the 3rd day of Ma c D 1981
