OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIS OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE WAREHOUSE FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the Material Control Division wishes to install a computer-
ized stock control accounting system, and
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in the Warehouse Fund
for this system
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
reserves accumulated in prior years in the Warehouse Fund the total sum of
Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($48,500 00) for the purchase of
a computerized stock control accounting system
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of March , 1981 and to be presented for final
passage on the 2lst day of pri r„ 1981
