HomeMy WebLinkAbout039 - 04/21/1981 - ZONING THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SPRINGFIELD ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 39 , 1981 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY_& FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SPRINGFIELD ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the city of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Springfield Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density Residential District The North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Larimer, State of Colo- rado, more particularly described as follows Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35 said point also being the Northwest corner of THE WOODLANDS P U D - FILING NO 1, a plat on file and recorded in the Office of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, thence N 00'04131" E, along the West line of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, a distance of 1327 26 feet to the Northwest corner of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, thence N 89"47'26" E, along the North line of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, a distance of 2644 32 feet to the Northeast corner of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, said point also being the Northwest corner of LARKBOROUGH SUBDIVISION, a plat on file and recorded in the Office of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, thence S 00" 03'15" E, along the East line of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, and along the Westerly Boundary of said LARKBOROUGH SUBDIVISION a distance of 1325 32 feet to the Southeast corner of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, thence departing the Westerly Boundary of said LARKBOROUGH SUBDIVISION, and N 89`49'57" W, along the South line of the North one-half of the Southwest + � I one-quarter of said Section 35, a distance of 949 04 feet to the Northeast corner of said THE WOODLANDS P U D - FILING NO 1 plat, thence continuing N 89'49' 57" W, along the South line of the North one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 35, and along the North line of said THE WOODLANDS P U D - FILING NO 1 plat, a distance of 1698 27 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 80 56 acres more or less Section 2 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 17th day of March , A D 1981, and to be presented for final passage on tFie 21st day o�_Apr 1 A D 198 1�fi ,,,) � G( r✓" ATTEST i y ter c Passed and adopted on final reading this 21st day of April A D 1981 /117 & ayor ATTEST �Jutym4f&L. 1erK -2-
