OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT
ON TRACT J OF TRAIL WEST PUD
IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the Council has been petitioned to vacate a utility easement
located on Tract J of Trail West PUD in the City of Fort Collins as more
particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain utility easement located on Tract J of Trail West
PUD in the City of Fort Collins, set out more particularly as follows, to
wit:
A ten-foot wide utility easement situate in Tract "J", Trail West
P.U.D. , Fort Collins, Colorado, whose centerline begins at a
point which bears S 00*47' E 10.00 feet and again S 89013' W
167.00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Tract "J" and run
thence S 00047' E 126 .00 feet; thence S 41013' W 28.00 feet
to the end of said easement.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order published
this I8th day of January, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final passage
on the 1st day of February, A.D. 1983.
