ORDINANCE NO. 1 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the General Fund for transfer to the
Capital Projects Fund totalling EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000) : and
WHEREAS, these funds are needed for installation of an emergency
stand-by generator system in Old City Hall for the Police Communications
Center; and.
WHEREAS, all Capital Projects are constructed in the Capital Projects
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of EIGHT
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8 ,000) , for costs of installation of an emergency
stand-by generator system for the Police Communications Center.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- 1
lished this 4th day of January, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of January, A.D. 1983.
