OF THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE LARIMER COUNTY LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from Larimer
County totalling Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($52 ,500) ;
and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for operation of the Bookmobile
in Larimer County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1983 from
unanticipated revenue in the Larimer County Library Services Fund the
total sum of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($52,500).
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of February, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of March, ?ay
