OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUE
CONTAINED IN THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
ACCOUNT OF THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF FORT COLLINS SPECIAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins approved the 1983
budget of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority by Resolution
82-129; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 15 , 1983, the Council of the City
of Fort Collins established a special fund consisting of separate accounts
for: -1) operation and maintenance expense of the Fort Collins Downtown
Developemnt Authority; 2) tax increment funds received by the Fort Collins
Downtown Development Authority; and, 3) project funds consisting of pro-
ceeds of bonds, loans and other forms of indebtedness; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City of Fort Collins
to appropriate One Hundred Two Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($102,050.00)
contained in the operation and maintenance account of said special fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure on behalf of the
Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority 1983, the sum of One Hundred
Two Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($102,050.00) to be used for the operation
and maintenance expenses of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Author-
ity.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 1st day of February, A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1983.
