OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13 , 1983, authorizes the payment of additional
credits for existing improvements to Street Improvement District #74
property owners; and
WHEREAS, the cost of these credits is $2,367; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Streets Minor Capital for transfer to
the Street Improvement District #74 project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized:
FROM: Streets Minor Capital $2,367
TO: Street Improvement District #74 $2,367
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order pub-
lished this 1st day of February, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1983.
