OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT
SCOTCH PINES EIGHTH FILING
LOTS 17 AND 18
WHEREAS, Council has received a request to vacate the utility easement
along the northerly fifteen (15) feet of Lots 17 and 18 in Scotch Pines,
Eighth Filing, as more particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the northerly fifteen feet of Lots 17 and 18 in Scotch
Pines, Eighth Filing, more particularly set out as follows, to wit:
Considering the north line of said Lots 17 and 18 as bearing N
88°00' W with all bearings contained herein relative thereto and
beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 17 (Monumented by a No.
4 Rebar with Plastic Cap No. 1650) ;
Thence, S O5°OO'W, 15.02 feet;
Thence, N 88000'W, 75.64 feet;
Thence, N 02015'27" E, 15.00 feet;
Thence, S 88000' E, 76.36 feet
To the point of beginning; said tract contains 1 ,139.98 sq.

be, and the same here by is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order pub-
lished this 1st day of February, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1983.
