OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT
DRAKE CROSSING SHOPPING CENTER, P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Council has received a request to vacate a portion of the
access, utility and drainage easement at Drake Crossing Shopping Center,
P.U.D. as more particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a portion of the access, utility and drainage easement at
Drake Crossing Shopping Center, P. U. D. , more particularly set out as
follows, to wit:
A portion of the access, utility & drainage easement at the Drake
Crossing Shopping Center, a Planned Unit Development, City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, as recorded with the Clerk and Recorder
of Larimer County , Colorado, described as follows: Beginning
at the Southeast corner of the Drake Crossing Shopping Center
PUD; thence South 88°44'07" West, 441.98 feet along the Southerly
line of said Drake Crossing Shopping Center PUD to the Southeast
corner of Tract A; thence Northerly along said Tract A the
following four courses and distances: North 00°09'00" East,
110.03 feet; thence North 89°51'00" West, 157.01 feet; thence
North 00°09'00" East, 296.00 feet; thence South 89°51'00" East,
110.58 feet to the True Point of Beginning of this description;
thence continuing South 89°51'00" East, 15.00 feet; thence South
00°09'00" West, 3.00 feet; thence North 89°51'00" West, 15.00
feet; thence North 00009'00" East, 3.00 feet to the point of
beginning of this description. The above described tract con-
tains 45.00 square feet more or less.
be, and the same here by is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order pub-
lished this 1st day of February, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1983.
