OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING BELMAR DRIVE AND ADJACENT EASEMENTS
LOCATED IN WESTGATE FIFTH FILING
LOTS 5 THROUGH 17
WHEREAS, Council has received a request to vacate Belmar Drive and
adjacent easements located in Westgate Fifth Filing, Lots 5 through 17, as
are more particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Belmar Drive and the adjacent easements described more partic-
ularly as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 20, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. , County of Larimer, State
of Colorado; thence, S 00014' W along the east line of the
northeast 1/4 of said Section 20, 1,390.85 feet; thence, S 86023'
W, 952.00 feet; thence N 03*37' W, 518.73 feet; thence, N 86*23'
E, 173.09 feet to the Point of Beginning: thence, N 03037' W.
6.00 feet to a point on a curve to the left having a central
angle of 90000' and a radius of 9.00 feet; thence, along the
arc of said curve 14.14 feet; thence, N 03037' W, 41.87 feet to a
point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle
of 26*47' and a radius of 334.00 feet; thence, along the arc of
said curve 156.13 feet; thence, N 30*24' W, 104.61 feet to a
point of curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle
of 25*54' and a radius of 516.00 feet; thence, along the arc of
said curve 233.25 feet; thence, N 04°30' W, 134.18 feet to a
point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle
of 90000' and a radius of 9.00 feet; thence along the arc of said
curve 14.14 feet; thence, N 04*30' W, 6.00 feet to a point on the
southern right-of-way line of Spruce Drive; thence, along said
southern line N 85°30' E , 90.00 feet; thence, S 04*30' E , 6.00
feet to a point on a curve to the left having a central angle of
90000' and a radius of 9.00 feet; thence, along the arc of said
curve 14.14 feet; thence, S 04°30' E, 134.18 feet to a point of
curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 25*54'
and a radius of 444.00 feet; thence, along the arc of said curve
200 .71 feet; thence, S 30°25' E , 104.61 feet to a point of
curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of
26*47' and a radius of 406.00 feet; thence, along the arc of said
curve 189.79 feet; thence, S 030 37' E, 41.87 feet to a point of
curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 90*00'
and a radius of 9.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve
14.14 feet; thence, S 03°37' E , 6 .00 feet to a point on the
northern right-of-way line of Azalea Drive; thence, along said
northern line S 86023' W, 90.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order pub-
lished this 1st day of February, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1983.
