OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A BLANKET ACCESS, UTILITY AND
STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN LES CHATELETS P .U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate an blanket access, utility and storm drainage easement located in
Les Chatelets P.U.D. set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain blanket access, utility and storm drainage
easement located in Les Chatelets, P.U.D. , set out more particularly as
follows, to wit:
All of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Les Chatelets, P .U.D. , Fort
Collins, Colorado EXCEPT Buildings Envelopes "A" thru
"T" EXCEPT the Replat of A Part of Lot 3 , Les Chatelets
P.U.D.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th -day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D.
