OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING PORTIONS OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED
IN INDIAN HILLS WEST P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of an easement located in Indian Hills West P.U.D. set
forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'• FORT
COLLINS that that portion of an easement located in Indian Hills West
P.U.D. set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Indian
Hills West P. U.D. , and run thence S 13°00' E 6 .00
feet; thence N 77°00' E 15.00 feet; thence N 13*00'
W 6.00 feet; thence S 77000' W 15.00 feet to the point
of beginning, ALSO begin at the southeast corner of
Lot 5 of Indian Hills West P. U.D. , and run thence
S 13*00' E 6.00 feet; thence S 77000' W 15.00 feet;
thence N 13000' W 6.00 feet; thence N 77*00' E 15.00
feet to the point of beginning, ALSO begin at the
northeast corner of Lot 26 of Indian Hills West P.U.D. ,
and run thence S 89*52' 30" E 0 .30 feet; thence
S 00007 ' 30" W 160 .64 feet; thence N 84000' W 5.24
feet; thence N 06000' E 48.00 feet; thence N 00°07'30"
E 112.36 feet to the point of beginning, ALSO begin
at the southwest corner of Lot 22 of Indian Hills
West P.U.D. , and run thence N 89052'30" W 0.65 feet;
thence N 00007 '30" 5.03 feet; thence along the arc
of a 20 foot radius curve to the left a distance of
5 .09 feet, the chord of which bears S 07010' 14" E
5.08 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D 3.
