OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY-OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING EASEMENTS LOCATED ON HILL POND MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate easements located on Hill Pond Master Plan set forth in more
particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain easements located on the Hill Pond Master Plan
set out more particularly in Book 1627 at Page 967 and Book 1997 at Page
760 of the Larimer County, Colorado records , be, and the same hereby
are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21stday of June,A.D. 1983.,
