OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING RIGHTS-OF-:JAY AND EASEMENTS
LOCATED IN LOTS 45 THROUGH 64 OF
CEDAR VILLAGE FIFTH FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate rights-of-way and easements located in Lots 45 through 64 of
Cedar Village Fifth Filing set forth more particularly below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins"will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain rights-of-way and easements located in Lots 45
through 64 of Cedar Village Fifth Filing as recorded in the original
Subdivision Plat found in Larimer County Records Book #1988 and Page
#412, be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D. 83.
