OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V , Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, City policy requires street improvements adjacent to a City
park development to be funded from park funds; and
WHEREAS, Shields Street adjacent to Rolland Moore Park is to be
improved to arterial standards; and
WHEREAS, funds are needed for the design phase of this project;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Rolland Moore Park Project for
transfer to the Shields Street adjacent to Rolland Moore Park Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer be authorized:
From: Rolland Moore Park $8,500
To: Shields Street Adjacent
to Rolland Moore Park $8,500
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of April , A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of May, A.D. 19 3.
