OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITT-OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF AN ACCESS, UTILITY, AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN SCOTCH PINES PUD
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of an access, utility and drainage easement located in
Scotch Pines PUD, 9th Filing, set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of an access, utility and drainage
easement located in Scotch Pines PUD, 9th Filing, set out more particularly
as follows, to wit:
A part of the Access, Utility, and Drainage Easement on the plat
of Scotch Pines Ninth Filing, a P.U.D. , which begins at a point
which bears S 00036' E 922.65 feet, and again S 89*24' W 50.00
feet, and again N 86°47'20" W 155.70 feet, and again N 72*36' W
67.00 feet, and again N 69°00' W 277 .00 feet, and again N 81*45'
W 9.24 feet, and again S 21°00' W 22.56 feet, and again N 81*45'
W 75.00 feet, and again S 49022' W 60.00 feet, and again N 40038'
W 35.00 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 25, Township 7
North, Range 69 West, of the Sixth P.M. , and runs thence N 40°38'
W 8.00 feet; thence S 49022' W 15.00 feet; thence S 40038' E 8.00
feet; thence N 49022' E 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of April , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of April , A.D. 1983.
