ORDINANCE NO. 34, 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V. , Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City is receiving reimbursible funds from the Colorado
Department of Highways P-L (Planning) Funds totalling Twenty-One Thousand
Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($21 ,336) and funds totalling Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000) from the Downtown Development Authority for a
Downtown Traffic and Circulation Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated in the Capital Projects Fund for
expenditure in 1983 the total sum of Thirty-Six Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-Six Dollars ($36,336) to pay the costs of a Downtown Traffic and
Circulation Study.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of March, A.D. , 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1983.
