ORDINANCE NO. 33, 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins City Council has approved a loan to the
Downtown Development Authority in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000) for the Downtown Traffic Study; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires to proceed
with the Downtown Traffic Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) be, and the same hereby is,
appropriated for expenditure from unanticipated revenue in the Downtown
Development Authority Fund for the Downtown Traffic Study.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of March, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1983.
