OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING A SECTION OF CHAPTER 64 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BEING
A PART OF THE NON-OWNER-OCCUPIED HOUSING,
HEALTH & SAFETY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Section 64-15(A) (1) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"(1) All habitable rooms within any dwelling and guest
room shall be provided with permanent heating facili-
ties capable of maintaining a room temperature of
sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees F. ) measured at a
point three (3) feet above the floor and three (3)
feet from the exterior wall . Portable fuel-burning
heating appliances are prohibited."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of March, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1983.
