OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 99-3(B) (3) OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , BEING A PART OF
THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Section 99-3(B)(3) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
" (3) No building shall be erected on any lot that
is not a part of an official subdivision approved
in accordance with the provisions of this chapter,
nor shall any building permit be issued for any
building to be placed on any lot which is not a part
of an official subdivision approved in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of March, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1983.
