OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 118 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BEING
A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 118-81(D) (2) (b)[21 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"[21 Any such vehicular use area shall be screened
from the street by a landscape treatment of sufficient
height and opacity to block at least twenty percent
(20%) of the cross-section view of the parking area
from the street. "
Section 2. That Section 118-82(C) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by the addition thereto of the
following subsection to read as follows:
" (4) No detached, accessory building may exceed
seven (7) feet in height unless such building complies
with all of the yard setbacks for the zone in which
such building is located. "
Section 3. That Section 118-82(G) (2) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
11 (2) Zones upon which conditions have been placed '
pursuant to this subsection shall be identified on
the Zoning Map in lower case letters."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of March, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1983.
