ORDINANCE NO 50, 1981
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIS OF FORT COLIINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AtiFNDING CHAPTFR 118
OF THE CODE OF TiIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CIASSIFYING FOR LONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE TRILBY HEIGHTS FIRST ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY TiIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Trilby Heights First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins , Colorado , in the Low Density
Planned Residcntial District
A tr act of land located in the SE 1/4 of Section 14,
and the SW 1/4 of Section 13, T6N, R6911, of the 6th
P M of Lai imer County, Colorado, being more parti-
cularly described as follotis
Considering the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section
14 as bearing S 00°07 ' 21" W and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 14,
thence, S 89'48'47" E, 50 00 feet to a point on the
East riqht-of-way of U S Highway No 287, said point
also being on the hest line of the Halcyon Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, thence, along
said line S 00°07' 21" W, 5 43 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, thence, along the west boundary of the said
Halcyon Annexation S 00'07'21" W, 730 00 feet, thence,
S 88'40'53" W, 1460 00 feet, thence, N 00°07'21" E,
730 00 feet, thence, N 88*40153" E, 1460 00 feet to the
True Point of Beginninq
The above described tra-t contains 24 47+ acres
Section 2 That the zoning granted Herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as planned unit
developments in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Loning District tldp in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
