OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN VARIOUS CITY FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Pacific
Mutual Premium Deposit Fund totalling ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($136,430) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of paying
increased employee medical insurance premiums
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
various City funds the total sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($136,430) distributed as follows
