OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Colo-
rado Division of Highway Safety totalling $8,472, and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purchase of a police
motorcycle and related capital items
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue in the General Fund the total sum of EIGHT THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS ($8,472)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of April , A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of May, A D 1981
