OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A USE AND ENJOYMENT EASEMENT LOCATED
IN WAGON WHEEL FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a certain use
and enjoyment easement located in Wagon Wheel First Filing as is more
particularly set out below, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will to no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation or
revision of said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDANINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain eight-foot wide use and enjoyment easement,
included within the following lot and block in Wagon Wheel First Filing,
to wit
Lots 13 - 21, Block 2, Wagon Wheel Filing 1,
be, and it hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of April , A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of May, A D 1981
