OF THL COUNCIL OF THE CITY-UF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR 70NING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE ARBOR COMMERCIAL ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning Disty ict Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Arbor Commercial
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the H-B, Highway
Business District
A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter of
Section 2, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado, which
considering the North line of said Section 2 , as
bearing North 89 55' E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, begins at a point on the said
North line which bears S 89 55' West 50 20 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Section 2 and runs thence
along the West R 0 W line of U S Highway 287 , S
00944'39" W 994 77 feet, thence N 88*52' W 1108 02 feet
to a point on the west R 0 W line of the Colorado and
Southern Railroad, thence along said West line N 00053"
E 971 28 feet to a point on the North line of said
Section 2, thence along said North line, N 89*55' E
149 41 feet, thence N 00*48' E 30 00 feet, thence N
89*55' E 436 88 feet, thence S 00 48' W 30 00 feet to a
point on the North line of said Section 2, thence along
said North line, N 89 55' E 519 46 feet to the point of
beginning , containing 25 278 acres , more or less
Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above-described property being developed as a unified
planned unit development in accordance with the ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of AoriI A D 1981, and to be presented for final
