OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND (FUND 305)
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created to which funds have
been transferred for the completion and construction of capital projects,
and
WHEREAS, the City has received $10,000 in unanticipated revenue which
has been designated for the purpose of constructing a sound-curtain wall in
the Lincoln Center Mini-Theatre in Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue to the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of FIVE
HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS ($582,199) as
follows
Prospect & College Storm Seeier $ 23,870
Riverside & Pitkin Storm Drain 17,000
Laporte & Taft Hill Storm Drain 15,000
Trend Cedar Village Outfall 15,000
Allen Farm Storm Sewer 43,000
Unspecified Drainage in Developed Areas 428,501
Lincoln Center Sound Curtain 39,828
TOTAL $582,199
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of April , A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of May, A D 1981
