OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 118-71B(7)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AS IT RELATES TO NOISE RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins, at a regularly
scheduled meeting, adopted a Noise Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, Section 118-71B(7) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins,
as it relates to noise levels, is inconsistent with those standards set
forth in the newly adopted Noise Control Ordinance
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 118-71B(7) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins as
it relates to noise restrictions be, and the same hereby is, repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of _June , A D 1981 , and to be presented for
