BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THL
CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A SIv FOOT
UTILITY EASEhENT ON LOT 112, TRAILVEST P U D
IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a six foot
(6' ) utility easement located within the Trallwest P U D in the City of
Fort Collins, as is more particularly set out beloN, and
WHEPFAS, said utility easement is not presently needed, and
WHERFAS, it appeals that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the six foot (6' ) utility easement across the southeast corner
of Lot 112, Trarlrest P U D be, and it hereby is, vacated, abated and
abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of June 1981 and to be presented for final
passage on thee 7th day of July 1981
