OF THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEIrG AN ORDINAICF APPROPPIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE F A U S CRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropridte revenue at any time during the
year it which such revenue is received, and
WHEPEAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive Federal Aid Urban
Systems money on a reimbursable basis totalling $25,000, and
4'HEREAS, such revenue has bceri designated for engineerinq services for
the computerized signal control expansion
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue in the F A U S Grant Fund the total sum of TWENTY-
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000) for engineering services
Intrccluced, considered favorably on first reacting, and ordercd pub-
