OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES IN THE
SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides that the Council may appropriate prior year reserves,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to construct a sound curtain
for the Lincoln Center, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins needs to pay Construction, Inc and
Robb & Brenner, Inc for services related to the construction of the new
Municipal Building, and
WHEREAS, there are reserves available in the Seven Year Capital Fund
for such purposes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE DOLLARS
($89,131), be, and the same hereby is, appropriated in the Seven Year
Capital Fund as follows
New Municipal Building $74,131
Transfer to Capital Projects
for the Lincoln Center
Sound Curtain 15,000
$89,131
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
