OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTP GF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED
AMOUNTS FROM THE SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL FUND
TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins, as amended, provides that the Council may authorize the transfer
of any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the Council has appropriated amounts in the Seven Year
Capital Fund to be transferred to the Capital Projects Fund for the con-
struction of a sound curtain at Lincoln Center, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to consolidate the total sound curtain
project budget in the Capital Projects Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000) be, and hereby
is, transferred from the Seven Year Capital Fund to the Capital projects
Fund for expenditure on the Lincoln Center Sound Curtain project
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of guly A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day ot July
