OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE I P A GRANT FUND (FUND 415)
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the State of
Colorado Interqovernmental Personnel Act ( IPA) Grant Fund totaling $8,700,
and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of implementing
productivity analyses and improvement projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue in the IPA Grant Fund the total sum of EIGHT THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,700)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
