OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES AND UNANTICIPATED REVENUES IN THE
CONSERVATION TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, permits the Council to appropriate
revenues at any time during the year in which such revenues are received,
and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to construct a Fitness Trail in Edora Park
and improve the Fitness Trail in City Park, and
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves and unanticipated revenues from
interest earnings available in the Conservation Trust Fund for these
projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
Prior Year Reserves $ 9,717
Unanticipated Revenues 763
TOTAL $10,480
in the Conservation Trust Fund the total sum of TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
EIGHTY DOLLARS ($10,480) for Fitness Trail projects
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of July, A D 1981, and to be presented for final
