OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY--UF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 95-90
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF STREET OVERSIZING FEES
WHEREAS , Section 95-91 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
provides for an annual adjustment of oversizing fees to be made by the
Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, said Director has recommended that to provide for a more
equitable apportionment of development costs, the oversizing fees should be
adjusted as follows:
FROM TO
Residential $ 246/Dwelling Unit $ 247/Dwelling Unit
Industrial 500/gross acre 1,007/gross acre
Commercial 3,500/gross acre 4,014/gross acre
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined
that it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City that the
aforesaid fees be established accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That Section 95-90 (A) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the words and figures
"Two Hundred Forty-Six Dollars ($246.00)" and substituting therefor the
words and figures "Two Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars ($247 .00)" .
Section 2. That Section 95-90 (B) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the words and figures
"Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)" and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "One Thousand Seven Dollars ($1 ,007 .00)".
Section 3. That Section 95-90 (C) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the words and figures
"Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00)" and by substituting
therefor the words and figures "Four Thousand Fourteen Dollars ($4,014.00)" .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on thelR+h day of October A.D. 1983.
