OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 82-3
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
PARKLAND FEES AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT
OF SAID FEE TO $590.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That Section 82-3 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and
phrases "Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($550.00) " and substituting there-
for the words and phrases "Five Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($590.00)" .
Section 2. The increase in Parkland Fees set forth above shall become
effective on January 1 , 1984.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of October, A. 1983.
