OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
GREENFIELD REZONING
BE IT ORDAIi'ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the 7oning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "R-P," Planned Residential Zoning
District with conditions, to "R-P," Planned Residential Zoning District
with no conditions, for the following described property in the City knovn
as the Greenfield Rezoning
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of Section 29,
T7N, R68W, of the 6th P N , of Larimer County, Colora-
do, being more particularly described as follows
Considerinq the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section
29 as bearing N 00 02 ' 5/" W and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 29,
thence, along the said West lint. N 00°02'57" W, 750 00
feet to the True Point of Beginning Thence, contin-
uing along said 4'est line N 00°02'57" W, 581 06 feet of
the North line of the South 112 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the said Section 29, thence, along the said North line
S 89'28' 58" E , 2272 79 feet, thence S 00`13 '23" W,
1328 61 feet to the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 29, thence, along said South line N
89032'37" W, 1312 45 feet, thence, N 00°2/' 23" E,
304 46 feet, thence 710 83 feet along the arc of a
curve to the left with a central angle of 90°30'20",
radius 450 00 feet, %}hose long chord bears N 44°47'47"
4', 639 20 feet, thence S 89°57'03" W, 506 67 feet to
the True Point of Beginning
The above described tract contains 53 730 acres
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
