OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE PARKLAND FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the proceeds of a bond issue will be deposited in the Park-
land Fund for neighborhood park acquisition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from bond
proceeds in the Parkland Fund the total sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($165,000 00)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of September , A D 1981, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of October , A D 1981
