AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED
AMOUNTS FROM THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins, as amended, provides that the Council may authorize the transfer
of any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the Council has appropriated amounts in the Revenue Sharing
Fund to be transferred to the Capital Projects Fund for the methane fuel
conversion project, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to consolidate the methane fuel conversion
project budget in the Capital Projects Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS
($65,890 00) be, and hereby is, transferred from the Revenue Sharing Fund
to the Capital Projects Fund for expenditure on the methane fuel conversion
project
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of September 1981, and to be presented for final
