OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE HERMITAGE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Hermitage Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, to the Planned Business (BP) District
A tract of land located in the NE 1/4 of Section 14,
T6N, R69W of the 6th P M of Larimer County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows
Considering the East line of the NE 1/4 of said Section
14 as bearing S 00'28' 00" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 14, thence
S 00028'00" E , 1330 53 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, thence continuing along the said East line S
00`28'00" E, 391 50 feet, thence S 88°22'38" W, 650 28
feet, thence N 00'28' 00" E, 391 50 feet, thence N
88022'38" E, 650 28 feet to the True Point of Begin-
ning
The above described tract contains 5 844 plus or ninus
acres
Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the development of the site is as a unified Planned Unit Development
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of October , A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the3rd day of November , A D 1981
