OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received Bond Proceeds for
Community Park Development, and
WHEREAS, the Project Management Control System requires that project
budgets be appropriated by phase, and
WHEREAS, the final design cost of Rolland Moore Park is $35,000 more
than originally anticipated
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of Thirty-
Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) for final design of Rolland Moore Park
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of October, A D 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on tFe--3rd day of November, A D 1981
