FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 46, 1981 AS IT RELATES TO THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DO'JNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY DISTRICT WHEREAS, on April 21 , 1981, the Council of the City of Fort Collins adopted on second reading Ordinance No 46, 1981 , said ordinance creating a Downtown Development Authority and establishing the boundaries of a dis- trict therefor, and WHEREAS, pursuant to 31-25-822 C R S 1973, as amended, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to expand the Downtown Devel- opment Authority District to include the following properties, to-wit 110 North Sherwood, Fort Collins, Colorado 114 North Sherwood, Fort Collins, Colorado 118 North Sherwood, Fort Collins, Colorado 124 North Sherwood, Fort Collins, Colorado 420 West Mountain, Fort Collins, Colorado 424 West Mountain, Fort Collins, Colorado 430 West Mountain, Fort Collins, Colorado and, WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority met at a regular meeting and recommended approval of said petition NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section 3 of Ordinance No 46, 1981 , of the Council of the City of Fort Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the legal description contained therein, which description establishes the boundaries of the Downtown Development Authority District and by substituting the following therefor Beginning at the center of intersection of College Avenue and Laurel Street, thence Westerly to the intersection of the center- line of Laurel Street with the centerline of the alley in Block 116 extended, thence Northerly along the centerline of the alleys in Blocks 116 and 115 to the center of Mulberry Street, thence Westerly along said centerline to the intersection of Mulberry Street and Howes Street, thence Northerly to the intersection of Holies Street and Magnolia Street, thence Westerly along said centerline to the intersection of Magnolia Street and Meldrum Street, thence Southerly along said centerline to the intersec- tion of Meldrum Street and Mulberry Street, thence Westerly along said centerlin to the intersection of Mulberry Street and Whit- comb Street , thence
