OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCF APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in wnich such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue in the Revenue
Sharing Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to convert the current ballfield lighting
system to a more energy efficient system
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 fron
prior year reserves in the Revenue Sharing Fund, the total sum of NINETY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000) for the purpose of converting the ballfield
lighting system
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of October 1981, and to be presented for final
