OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED
AMOUNTS FROM THE REVLNUE SHARING FUND TO
THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHLREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins, as amended, provides that Council may authorize the transfer of
any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the Council has appropriated amounts in the Revenue Sharing
Fund to be transferred to the Capital Projects Fund for the Ballfield
Lighting Conversion project, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to consolidate the total ballfield lighting
conversion project budget in the Capital Projects Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000) be, and hereby
is, transferred from the Revenue Sharing Fund to the Capital Projects Fund
for expenditure on the Ballfield Lighting Conversion project
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of October 1981 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of November 1981
