OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7Y OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY
DEDICATED ON THE AMENDED PLAT OF ROCKWILLOW,
A MULTI-FAMILY P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate all easements
and rights-of-way dedicated on the Amended Plat of Rockwillow, a Multi-
Family P.U.D. as are more particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board approved on May 30, 1984, a
plat of Stuart Street Medical Park, P.U.D. , which replaces in its entirety,
the Amended Plat of Rockwillow, a Multi-Family P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, the plat of Stuart Street Medical Park, P.U.D. was recorded
with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder on July 17, 1984; and
WHEREAS, no utilities were placed in the easements provided by the
Amended Plat of Rockwillow, a Multi-Family P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said easements and
rights-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain easements and rights-of-way as dedicated on the
Amended Plat of Rockwillow, a Multi-Family P.U.D. set out more particularly
as follows, to-wit:

Rockwillow, a Multi-Family P.U.D. , Book No. 2146, Page No. 712
of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County,
Colorado.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of August, A.D. 1984. /
