OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE FIFTH FILING OF STONEHENGE P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate the Fifth Filing of Stonehenge P.U.D., set forth in more par-
ticular below; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
recently approved the Vineyards at Stonehenge, Filing II which replats the
area of Stonehenge, Fifth Filing P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, the vacation of the Fifth Filing is needed so public rights-
of-way and easements no longer needed as recorded can be relocated to serve
lots created by the plat for the Vineyards at Stonehenge Filing II; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Fifth Filing of Stonehenge, P.U.D. set out more parti-
cularly as follows, to wit:
A tract of land, located in the North 1/2 of Section 19,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the North 1/2 of said Section
19 as bearing N 00°00'00" W and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 19;
thence N 89°49'30" E, 656.00 feet to the southwest corner of
the plat of Stonehenge, Fifth Filing P.U.D. a subdivision
on file with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder in Book
1927 , Page 116, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N 89°49 ' 30" E , 844 .00 feet; thence N 00010 ' 30"
W, 291 .90 feet; thence N 25057' 10" E, 61.82 feet; thence N
31°00 ' 00" E, 79.05 feet ; thence N 72013 ' 00 " W, 199 .84
feet; thence S 49°39'40" W, 96.04 feet; thence S 74009'40"
W, 113.18 feet; thence N 74°55' 10" W, 89.45 feet; thence
N 29°30'00" W, 125.00 feet; thence N 82046'00" W, 62.39
feet; thence N 66°37'00" W, 42.28 feet; thence S 89°49'30"
W, 66.50 feet; thence S 55054'00" W, 93.00 feet; thence
S 22°04'00" W, 198.00 feet; thence S 10020'00" W, 93.00
feet; thence S 00°10'30" E, 60.00 feet; thence S 89049'30"
W, 55.95 feet; thence S 00°10'30" E, 155.00 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described tract contains 8.512 acres more or
less .
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of August�, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on tie 1st day of August A.D. 1984.
