ORDINANCE NO. 102 , 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY_UF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
z City transfer appropriated amounts from one

WHEREAS, the City wishes to complete the farm at Lee Martinez Park
including a resource building and restrooms; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Rolland Moore Park capital pro-
ject.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOR
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be author-
ized:
FROM: Rolland Moore Park $300,000
TO: Lee Martinez Park Farm $300,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of August, A.D. 1984.
