OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7"F FORT COLLINS
VACATING A 42 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
SOUTHRIDGE GREENS PHASE ONE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a forty-two foot (42' ) right-of-way in Southridge Greens Phase
One set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, subsequent filings in Southridge Greens have required a
realignment of Greenridge Lane to meet City standards; and
WHEREAS, said realignment necessitates a wider right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, a new fifty-four foot (54' ) right-of-way is being dedicated
to replace the area vacated by this Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain right-of-way located in Southridge Greens Phase
One, set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Northwest quarter of Section 7,
Township 6 North , Range 68 West , of the 6th P.M. of Larimer
County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 7 as bearing North 00°02'43" East and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence,
along the South line, of said Northwest quarter North 89048'40"
East, a distance of 2,232.21 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing along said South line North 89°48'40" East, a
distance of 42.00 feet; thence 79.42 feet along a curve concave
to the Southwest , having a radius of 194.38 feet , a central
angle of 23°43' 10", and a chord which bears North 12°02'55" West,
a distance of 78.86 feet; thence North 23054'30" West, a distance
of 94.53 feet; thence 97.54 feet along a curve concave to the
Southwest, having a radius of 187.00 feet, a central angle of
29054' 59" , and a chord which bears North 38°52' 00" West , a
distance of 96.54 feet; thence South 10'00'00" East, a distance
of 32.37 feet; thence South 27°48'50" West, a distance of 22.28
feet; thence South 27048' 50" West, a distance of 22.28 feet;
thence 48.96 feet along a curve concave to the Southwest ,
a
having a radius of 145.00 feet, a central angle of 19020'52", and
a chord which bears South 33034'56" East, a distance of 48.73
feet; thence South 23°54'30" East, a distance of 94.53 feet;
thence 63.08 feet along a curve concave to the Southwest ,
having a radius of 152.38 feet, a central angle of 23043'10", and
a chord which bears South 12002'55" East, a distance of 62.63
feet to the True Point of Beginning.
The above described tract contains 0.226 acres or 9826 square
feet and is subject to all easements and rights-of-way now
existing or of record.

Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of August, A.D. 1984.
